A homage to my beloved Moscow Mule – may I present to you The Bradley, a namesake of our good friend Brad who first made it for us. I feel like it’s the perfect winter drink and very Canadiana – made with Canadian whiskey Sortilège which is infused with maple syrup, of course.
The Bradley is perfect for hosting friends or a quiet game night. Even better, drink one or two during a late night Christmas gift wrapping marathon.
I think it’s a really cute idea that my sister has started buying Nicholas items for his ‘grown-up’ bar. So far, he has these Old Fashioned glasses and he is getting this cocktail set. (I can assure you, he doesn’t read my blog.)
Cheers, everyone!
The Bradley
Start with lots of ice
1½ ounces Sortilège (I take it with about ½ ounce)
½ ounce Sweet Vermouth
½ Triple Sec
1 bottle Spicy Pineapple Soda (any grocery store)
Squeeze in a slice of lime
Stir well
Cheers!
A bit more…Eric shows you how to make it!
