Shakes are a go to snack and breakfast in our house, especially for the kids. Nicholas loves to have one after a practice or game (or after watching a movie or just before bed or whenever he feels like one)  which often means the blender always seems to be going. He tells me I make the best shakes…his charming way of making sure he never has to make one for himself. There are healthier shakes out there but this one is our favourite. I don’t measure anything…you can’t really mess it up.

Frozen strawberries
Frozen blueberries
½ banana
Vanilla yogurt
Fill with water and then add…
Vanilla protein powder (optional) – we use Uncle Marc’s!
